President Report : Kevin shares with the board that the outdoor range which is currently
owned by Ed & Kerri Marshall is being sold. Kevin has spoken with Ed & Kerri and the
potential new owners. Till the sale is final we do not know the future of our outdoor
range.
Kevin also reviews our old business.

Treasurer Report : Our bank balance as of Nov 28, 2025 is 89 923.81 and we currently
have 100 members. Thank you gifts of Stettler Bucks were mailed out, we also did a
meat and cheese tray for Storm Outfitters at Christmas. Indoor range yearly rent check
of $525.00 has been sent. Our year end filling and Society Annual Return have been
filed. We have Shooting Club and Range renewals to do this summer.

Old Business :
1) Ventilation: More work was done to our ventilation this past year, air movement
has increased immensely
2) Target Tracking: Still a work in progress. A system has been developed, now just
need to get it installed and see how it works.
3) Shooting Tables: One table and bench has been taken into our local High School
shop. They are planning on starting this project this January.
4) Police your Brass Signs: This was missed last year and will be dealt with this
spring. Discussion on having a container for brass that are duds. Instead of them

being mixed in with the other brass. The conclusion is that we need a well
labeled canister, possibly an old propane bottle will work.
5) Discussion on the lack of respect for garbage removal at the outdoor range.
Landfill is close by but maybe members are unaware. Will post signs with
directions in hopes that might encourage members to take responsibility when
the bins are full.
6) Discussion on shade being incorporated into the buildings at the outdoor range.
We will have a better look at spring clean up and make a plan at that time.

New Business :
1) Range Officer Course: Mike Jackson has put it out to the club if we would like to
do a Range Officer Course. Definitely have interest. Mike will get more details
and then we will email club members the information and we will go from there.
Eric, Ed and Joe are definitely interested.
2) Discussion on adding more targets like the coyote at the outdoor range.
Thoughts are possibly smaller targets at the 100 or 50 yard locations.
A motion was made by Eric Wheat to spend up to $2000.00 dollars on more
targets.Seconded by Ed Reid.
3) Discussion on an honorarium for the secretary/treasurer. Motion made by Ed
Reid for the secretary/treasurer to receive $600.00 dollars, seconded by Clint
Sime. All approved. The secretary/treasurer says Thank you very much!

Annual Spring Clean up Date : May 9th for 10:00 am with a back up day of May 23.
